The Commotion
The other day Mom, Catzee, and I were minding our own business when we heard a loud commotion outside our front door; it was caterwauling! We immediately jumped up and ran to investigate.
When Mom opened the door, this is what we saw........
This is what they were fighting over........
Now I can see arguing over a full food bowl, but an empty one???
The Ginger and White reminded Mom that they were friends because he had let her pet him. He said that it should be his bowl.
The White Cat got indignant that Mom would consider befriending another Cat when she had already befriended him.
I wanted to go out and settle the matter myself. After all, it should be my bowl. But Mom said no.
So whose bowl is it?
Mom settled it by giving each Cat a handful of food on the decking. So nobody got the bowl and everybody got something to eat.
After that we closed the door, went back about our business, and didn't hear another thing about it.

What silly kitties. You said your mom found out about the white kitty's owner...does she know who the ginger kitty belongs to?
And what is the deal with all these poor loose kitties anyway? Poor kitties having to fight for empty dishes when if they were inside they would know where their empty dish was.
Are you sure they weren't trying to get to that toy? It looks like the kind I would play with until they got all broken. (I've had about a billion of them.)
Glad to hear that everybody is happy and got tons of food!
Such drama! Since Bonnie an I don't share so good (she doesn't play well wif ofurs), Mom puts out 3 or efun 5 bowls in 2 places acrost the room. That way, Bonnie can eat wifout growlin at me.
Efur herd a cat try to hiss wif her mouf full?
Poor neglected kitties. I'm glad they both got something to eat.
That was a very smart way of your mom to settle the problem!
Jasmine said that she would want to be friends with both of them too.
Just look at the faces on those two! Your mom is as wise as Solomon.
