Box Report 4

Catzee and I remain diligent in reviewing boxes for the Cat Blogosphere. This next report features the box Mom's new computer monitor came in.

Catzee & I carefully inspect each box from top to bottom.
We gave it a thorough going over.

I personally test each box for comfort value.
I tried it out for size. It was comfortable, but not exceptionally so.

After putting this box through its paces, we both decided it was pretty boring as boxes go, and really wasn't worth a second sniff.

This shot is for Grr, Midnight, & Cocoa's Lady.
The only one who liked it was Mom's Sheep.

On a rating of 1 to 5, this box gets no purrs.

Bahhhahaha!!! Hehe....the sheep is really funny! You guys do such a great job with boxes! I love boxes too but they get broken down very quickly in our house :(

Hmm. Excellent report, Rascal. It appears to me that the shallowness of the box might be an issue. And it doesn't have any peekaboo holes or anything, either.

My rabbits seem to really like Girl Scout cookie cases. They're the perfect size for both to fit in and they chew very well.

Oh that must be a furry lot of work to check out all those boxes. I hopes you get some treats for that.

Loved the sheep pic! My cats love boxes. I once kept one in the family room for 3 months Hobbes particulary liked until my husband put his foot down.

at least the sheep likes it - but my mommy tells us that sheep are dumb animals anyway, so maybe they don't know it's not comfortable. No offense to any sheep who is reading this - you are obviously a smart sheep if you are reading this. - Miles

you should start a box review blog! My cat Pooh Bear would volunteer his services. He loves boxes - even if they're too small.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Cute pictures!

We have fish. I guess a teenager and a 5 year old are enough pets for me! LOL

Here from Wendy's. My cat Bob doesn't like boxes or bags or going into things in general. He does like sitting on paper though - especially paperwork I am trying to read!

Maybe it would have been better with a blankie in it!

That box is definitely too shallow, especially for a big handsome black boy-cat. Shallow can be good if the box is also small, just kitty-sized. But a big shallow box is no good.

And those flaps are much too big.

Keep up the good work!

Yes, not a very good looking box. Not deep enough. Fun for the sheep at least.

Too funny! Thank you for providing such an essential service to the cat community. I do have one suggestion - perhaps a snuggly rug in the bottom of it may have raised this box's ratings a tad.

Rascal you are right. That looks like a no fun box. Good thing your Mom has a sheep to put in it. At least it's not a total waste. Cleo was playing in our box on the couch and Mom was afraid she was going to fall on the floor. Mom took pictures. (of course) She said she is going to put it on my sight sometime soon. Hey, maybe the next box will be a good one.

As true box connoisseurs we appreciate your efforts to rate boxes before our hapless humans bring one of the low ranking ones home for us. You are truly performing a valuable service to the Cat Blogosphere. We hope the new computer monitor rates higher than the box.
