Agreements on "Turns"

Some things we have had to agree to take turns with. Such as helping Mom get ready to weave:

Rascal, helping Mom not work too hard.
Catzee, ready to play. After all, it's yarn isn't it?
Or the choicest Catnap spot in the house:

Number One Cat
Number Two Cat
Not everything is all Catnip-and-Cream however. Being the Number One Cat, I have first choice of everything, whether Catzee likes it or not. If I don't get My Way I hiss. If she bugs me too much I hiss. If she invades my personal space I hiss. Unfortunately she doesn't let my hissing faze her.

Sometimes we have fun. I like to play chase, box-tag, and wrestle with her (and I don't get too rough if I'm not grumpy with her.) I like to watch her do silly Kitten things. And I like to watch her get into trouble. Mom and Dad always give Me lots of love and special attention. I guess the V-E-T was right. Things are definitely better in Rascal's World.

I'm glad to hear things are settling down and you're enjoying Catzee (for the most part). I have to admit, little sisters are pretty fun most of the time.

Meowmy wants to know if besides being a fabulous weaver if your mom also makes those gorgeous quilts?? She's says you're lucky kitties!

Seems like you got it all worked out, Rascal! If something crazy ever happens and another cat comes to live here, I will know that I have to lay down the law right from the beginning.

Mom didn't make these quilts. She used to make quilts but that was a long time ago.

Seems to me that you and Catzee are ment for each other. And a little bit of hissing doesn't hurt anybody, as long as it is just to show her who is boss.

You have some very pretty napping spots there!
One of these days when I'm not doing a bazillion other things, I wanna make a quilt too, and finish my sewing and finish my knitting and finish my cross stitching...you get the picture!

Turn-taking is essential so long as you, Rascal, have the most turns. It's your job to insure you get the most turns throughout the turn-taking process so that you always end up with your way; else, if you equally take turns, then how does that help your position in the house? Just something to consider, my friend...

Zeus, I like your way of thinking. Because, of course, you are Right.

Lol, Zeus you're so funny. It's great to see Catzee fitting in and still knowing her place Rascal. You're such a sweet kitty!

Patches, once Catzee started ignoring my hisses all was lost. The only thing I have going for me is that I'm bigger and stronger, so she still shows me some respect. Seems to Me we don't have a lot of choice other than to start to make friends.

Rascal It's good to haf a furrend to play wiv yoo. Me an Flynn are best frends yooshully. Sumtimes he's a bit cranky an hisses at me, but that's mostly when I flop down on top off him. I just ignore him, or if he duz it again, I just wap him wiv my paw.

My Momma's laughing at your help...she says that your Momma probably couldn't weave without you. I tried to explain to Momma how y'all are a huge help!
