Did I Mention They Are Boring?
For some reason, Mom really likes her chickens.Of course I am obligated to accompany her
when she does her chicken chores.
Personally however, I find them boring.

I'm with you Rascal! Chickens = boring!
perhaps more interesting when they end up in your food dish.
They don't seem very fun or very interested in playing.
Oh, and shouldn't it have been "cluck here"? Ha ha ha ha!
I'd at least like to get the chance to see if I think chickens are boring!
I'm not sure they would be fun to play with--but I think they are good to eat!
Rascal is on the hunt for more adventurous game, I'm sure! Hope you are feeling well. We have 4 mysterious barn cats that run the opposite direction when our hens are out free-ranging. Ken and Mary of Fancy Fibers Farm

We've never seen chickens before so we'd like to see how boring they are!
We'll take your word for it about the chick-hens being boring, Rascal. We know you'd never steer us wrong! For what it's worth, though, be sure to tell your mom she's doing a great job, and that the chick-hens ARE looking great. :)
Chickens are too big to hunt, not to mention their nasty, dangerous claws. You're wise to stick to smaller birds.

I lost one of my cats this week, please send purry thoughts for the stray cat who used to come for meals and sleep in our greenhouse. She was an elderly lady cat, but has suffered a mortal chest injury and retreated into an old stone quarry up the road to die. She's very independent and I couldn't get her to a vet, although I tried. She's very special and deserves special thoughts and purrs.
