Wind Powered Kitty

William noticed the kitty on top of the catnip pole in my last post. Mom had never made a movie with her camera before, so she thought she'd give it a try. Here it is.

What's he doing? Batting at some butterflies.

Mom mail ordered him a long time ago for Dad's Christmas, but she doesn't remember when or where. He's just been a part of our garden for as long as I can remember.

that's too cute...and it reminds me that I need more yard bunnies! :D

I have a bunny weathervane but it was cheap to begin with and the wind makes the stand unscrew itself...lol perhaps some oil?

oh and perhaps you know what I can do... one of my neighbors has outdoor kitties who like to use my flower beds for litterboxes. Any ideas for how to get them to quit? I tried that powder repellant stuff, but it doesn't stay put long enough to do the job.
