Ode To Spring

Spring has sprung
The grass has riz,
I wonder where
My catnip is.

Rascal wishing he could really be outside.Other Cats
Go out to play
While I am stuck
Up here all day.

Rascal resigning himself for the moment.I want to move
Without a doubt,
So then once more
I can go out.

Rascal, that is a very good poem! You look funny sitting in that grass. I guess that is the next-best-thing to going outside!

I like your poem! And I like how you're layin' in the grass -- Momma calls that the "Little Kitty Meatloaf" position.

Rascal, thank you for the visit. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit enough to add me to my links. I get most of my blogosphere info from my friends Chey and the kitten I led to my human, Gemini. As a ghost cat, I don't often get to comment!

We're in the same boat as Jeter! Bad weather...Maybe tomorrow we will see the sun, but we wouldn't dare go in the Great Out-of-Doors! You are brave!

Great poem...but you know I remember when I was abandoned and stuck outside, there were scarey coyotes that would run through a park early-thirty in the morning and not all people are nice some are mean to white cats like me and others are mean to black cats like you and some people are just mean to everything. I'm sure glad I found mom even if she only lets me walk/stalk with a harness.

Great poem. I think you are a bit large to fit in that pot, though.

Excellent poem Rascal with very excellent pictures. It's nice that you at least have a deck to go out on to get outside. Harlie and I are only outside in our carriers. And I think you fit just fine in that pot! Oh and Happy Belated Birthday!
